Ben visited the centre to meet with Prof Chris Smith and James McNaughton and learn more about the centres role in reducing emissions in the transport sector.
Ben Bradshaw said “The Centre is a remarkable achievement for Exeter and the University. The work being carried out here clearly shows how research is making significant headway in cleaning up emissions from sectors such as maritime, off-highway and defence”
CFCM has recently been awarded several significant grants by the government to work on large scale projects that will ultimately see diesel being completely replaced by products such as hydrogen, lithium, methanol and ammonia.
